OMR S.p.A. has extensive warehouses for managing the logistics of raw materials, finished and semi-finished products. In order to manage an increasing number of product codes, radio frequency terminals with integrated ERP are used.

The EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) system integrates all information flows regarding incoming documents (orders, forecasts, withdrawals, etc.) and outgoing documents (shipping notices, invoices, etc.) are managed and acquired/issued in real time using standard EDI messages such as Odette and Edifact.

Tube bending

Bending of round and square tubes

The tube bending systems allow processing of round section tubes up to a diameter of 80 mm and a thickness of 6 mm, and square section tubes up to a diagonal of 85 mm and a thickness of 6 mm.

2D-3D laser cutting and laser tube

Optical fibre source systems, with the possibility of nitrogen cutting (up to 8 mm thickness) for an oxidation-free surface.

Punching

Assembly by projection welding using manual systems and specific automated systems.

Product industrialisation and co-design

Assembling

Complete the production cycle and assemble internally manufactured components with various purchased components.

Bending

Numerically controlled plants, with a maximum tonnage of 320 Tons. Centralised monitoring of plant productivity.

Sandblasting and tumbling

Surface cleaning treatment

Automatic and manual sandblasting up to a maximum size of 2900 mm diameter and 1200 mm height.

Mechanical machining

Horizontal and vertical mechanical machining centres

Machining control is managed by means of specific control gauges on board the machine.

Pressing

Presses up to 2400 Tons

Automatic moulding lines with variable speed presses up to 2400 TONS, mechanical presses up to 2000 TONS and hydraulic presses up to 600 TONS.

Painting

Automatic cataphoresis and painting plant

2 automatic Cataphoresis and powder painting plants, approved by the main players in the industrial vehicle sector.
