Materials: steel and INOX.
Optical fibre source installations, with nitrogen cutting option (up to 8 mm thickness) for an oxidation-free surface.
2D Laser: (No. 11 installations) maximum power up to 8000 Watt, metal sheet thickness up to 25 mm, maximum size 3000x1500 mm, with automatic metal sheet storage.
3D Laser: (No. 2 double station installations) maximum power 4000 Watt, metal sheet thickness up to 15 mm., maximum size 4000x1500x750 mm.
Laser tube: maximum power 2500 Watt, tube thickness up to 8 mm., diagonal max. 140 mm.

Mechanical Machining

Horizontal and vertical mechanical machining centres

Machining control is managed by means of specific control gauges on board the machine.

Tube Bending

Bending of round and square tubes

The tube bending systems allow processing of round section tubes up to a diameter of 80 mm and a thickness of 6 mm, and square section tubes up to a diagonal of 85 mm and a thickness of 6 mm.

Stamping

Presses up to 2400 Tons

Automatic moulding lines with variable speed presses up to 2400 TONS, mechanical presses up to 2000 TONS and hydraulic presses up to 600 TONS.

Spot Welding

Assembly by projection welding using manual systems and specific automated systems.

Painting

Automatic cataphoresis and painting plant

2 automatic Cataphoresis and powder painting plants, approved by the main players in the industrial vehicle sector.
