Final assembly of components

Assembling process completes the production cycle, and combines in-house manufactured components with various purchased parts. Specific mechanical and electrical function tests are carried out for final validation. In specific cases, tightening torques for each screw is monitored and recorded.

Sandblasting and Tumbling

Surface cleaning treatment

Automatic and manual sandblasting up to a maximum size of 2900 mm diameter and 1200 mm height.

Mechanical Machining

Horizontal and vertical mechanical machining centres

Machining control is managed by means of specific control gauges on board the machine.

Tube Bending

Bending of round and square tubes

The tube bending systems allow processing of round section tubes up to a diameter of 80 mm and a thickness of 6 mm, and square section tubes up to a diagonal of 85 mm and a thickness of 6 mm.

Stamping

Presses up to 2400 Tons

Automatic moulding lines with variable speed presses up to 2400 TONS, mechanical presses up to 2000 TONS and hydraulic presses up to 600 TONS.

Spot Welding

Assembly by projection welding using manual systems and specific automated systems.

Painting

Automatic cataphoresis and painting plant

2 automatic Cataphoresis and powder painting plants, approved by the main players in the industrial vehicle sector.
